Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges are available within 2 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.

Returns are accepted for a maximum of 3 items per order

Customers may inspect their order with the courier at the time of delivery before payment is finalized.

 Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date the returned item is received.

‏Delivery Coordination:

When the courier calls you, please coordinate a suitable time for delivery so you can try the item.

Order & Payment Policy
Deposit for Large Orders:

For orders containing four (4) or more items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, or it will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

For customers with a history of two (2) previous canceled orders, the third order will require full upfront payment.

Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Attempts:

Our courier service will attempt to reach you three (3) times.
If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يحق للعميل استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات خلال مدة أقصاها يومان من تاريخ الاستلام.
 يشترط أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو مرتدية، مع وجود جميع البطاقات (التاجات) المرفقة.
 يُسمح بالاسترجاع بحد أقصى 3 قطع فقط لكل طلب.
 يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب مع مندوب الشحن عند الاستلام قبل إتمام الدفع.
في حالة استرداد قيمة الطلب، يتم تحويل المبلغ خلال مدة تصل إلى 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام المنتج المرتجع

ملاحظة

عند اتصال المندوب بك، يُرجى تنسيق موعد مناسب للاستلام حتى تتمكن من تجربة المنتج في نفس الوقت

سياسة الطلب والدفع
عربون الطلبات الكبيرة

في حالة طلب أربع (4) قطع أو أكثر، يتم دفع عربون 50% لتأكيد الطلب
يجب إتمام الدفع خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الطلب، وإلا سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا

سياسة الإلغاء

العملاء الذين لديهم طلبين (2) ملغيين سابقًا، يجب عليهم الدفع كاملًا مقدمًا في الطلب الثالث

في حال عدم نجاح التوصيل بعد المحاولة الثالثة، يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا
